With more than 35 years of experience as a registered nurse, additional qualifications in mental health nursing, many years as a life coach, and more recently as a somatic therapist, Jane brings a unique blend of knowledge, experience, and compassion to every person she supports. Louise is a highly valued member of the JKO team, bringing more than 35 years of healthcare experience as a Registered Nurse and, in recent years, specialising in Behaviour Support.
Known for her ability to understand and respond to the needs of people with complex medical and behavioural presentations, Louise works collaboratively with participants, families, support networks, and multidisciplinary teams to improve quality of life and support meaningful outcomes.
Her strengths in assessment, report writing, and the development of behaviour support plans contribute to high-quality documentation, informed decision-making, and person-centred practice. Louise also plays a key role in maintaining governance, quality, and best-practice standards across the organisation.

Mary brings a strong foundation in psychology, assessment, and person-centred practice, holding a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours), a Graduate Certificate in Client Assessment and Case Management and is current completing her Masters in Mental Health and has a wealth of experience in the forensic and complex needs sectors.
Mary enjoys building positive relationships with participants and their support networks, taking the time to understand each person's strengths, goals, and individual circumstances. Through a collaborative and thoughtful approach, she contributes to behaviour support assessment, planning, and documentation, helping to ensure supports are tailored to the unique needs of the people she works alongside.
Committed to delivering respectful and individualised support, Mary values working in partnership with participants, families, and other professionals to promote quality of life, build capacity, and support meaningful outcomes. She brings a practical perspective to Positive Behaviour Support, helping individuals and their support networks navigate challenges and work towards positive, sustainable change.

Drawing on experience in large corporate organisation settings and her background as the owner-operator of a small business in the wellbeing sector, Donnalee brings a thoughtful, organised, and people-centred approach to her work.
