Healthcare Wellbeing Programs

Jane Kinnear, founder of the WellNurse program, offers an educational syllabus specifically developed to assist nurses, midwives and other healthcare professionals in protecting themselves against common health issues associated with working in the healthcare industry.

The concepts and techniques explored in the wellbeing presentations and programs assist participants to prime themselves physiologically, so that they can operate comfortably in a constantly changing workplace and high pressure  environment.  As a core component of this education, participants learn to attend to their own needs via goal setting and self-care.

What People Are Saying

“Jane delivered an introductory workshop when I was CEO of Lorne Hospital, which led to a 4 week program for our Staff health and wellbeing program. The participants found the program very useful and effective in decreasing their negative patterns using the simple techniques that Jane shared with them. Jane is a pleasure to work with and an inspiring facilitator”.

“Thank you, Jane

I would like to continue pursuing wellness for nurses and was so relieved to discover a recognised seminar just for me!

No judgements, no expectations, just opportunities for something different – exploring avenues of how to practically use the tools delivered was most beneficial for reproducing the practices at home, in transit, on a break, anywhere.

What a refreshing way to learn how to cope with the many stresses and challenges we face daily and work in our daily lives”.
