Jane Kinnear – Director

Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner | Counsellor | Transformational & Wellness Coach | Registered Nurse

 

Jane Kinnear – founder of JANE KINNEAR, has built this organisation following her extensive forty-year passion and personal journey towards reaching her own potential. With over 30 years as a registered nurse, and many years as a transformational & wellbeing coach, motivational speaker, studies in mental health this led to specialist behaviour support, counselling, and various psychotherapy trainings.

 

Jane heads up our small passionate team, remaining dedicated to making a difference in the lives of others. She has extensive experience and an ongoing commitment to best practice and high standards of service delivery. Jane’s team has been built on a foundation of aligned values, professional skills and growth mindset.

 

Jane lives on the land in rural Victoria and loves gardening, being in nature and spending quality time with her family and friends.

Louise Stanton

Louise, a key contributor to the JK TEAM, brings over 30 years of healthcare experience as a Registered Nurse and in recent years specialising in Behaviour Support. Known for her expertise in understanding the needs of clients with complex medical and behavioural needs, she excels in collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to improve individuals' quality of life.

0Her skill in report writing and developing behaviour support plans ensures detailed and valuable documentation, aiding client assessment, intervention guidance, and professional communication. Within the NDIS sector, Louise empowers our team through guidance and education and is committed to providing compassionate, a high standard of support services, and embodies excellence in all her work.

Passionate about impact, Louise balances her professional dedication with her personal wellbeing, recharging her energy by spending time with family rejuvenating in the warmer northern regions of Australia.

Jason Weir – Director

Counsellor | Provisional Behaviour Support Practitioner

 

Jason has a Grad Diploma in Counselling with over 10 years professional counselling, mentoring and coaching experience. He is also an accomplished musician and qualified teacher and has a wealth of lived experience in supporting people with mental health concerns and disabilities.

Jason has an excellent capacity to build rapport and has developed a range of person-centred and evidence-based skills. He is proficient in face-to-face and online counselling and is continually developing his positive behaviour support skills. Jason’s practice is grounded in respectful and empathetic approaches. He is trained in solution-focused, trauma-informed, and gender and culturally sensitive methods, and has specialized training in childhood, family and youth counselling. Jason excels in implementing interventions that foster tangible and positive change.

With a rich background in supporting those with acute challenges and disabilities in various environments, including working with children, Aboriginal and Torres Straight Islanders, people from CALD backgrounds, Jason’s holistic approach and demonstrated expertise make him an invaluable asset for facilitating genuine growth and change.

Jason is passionate about his role as a father to his two beautiful children, he loves playing music when he can, getting out into nature, mindfulness meditation, and spending time with family and friends.

Donnalee O'Sullivan

Business Admin Support Officer| NDIS Assistant Therapist

 

Donnalee is a pivotal member of the team supporting in the role of business administration support. With a strong background in both large corporate environments and small business in the wellbeing sector, Donnalee integrates seamlessly into the NDIS framework.

Known for her dedication to administrative excellence, eye for detail, organisational skills, and systems thinking, she is a trusted point of contact for colleagues and clients. With over 14 years of experience as a remedial massage therapist, Donnalee is passionate about holistic health and is intrigued about mind-body connection and its impact on human behaviour.

As a Certified NLP and Timeline Therapy Practitioner and Coach, she is pursuing advanced Life Coaching studies to empower others in personal growth and transformation.

Outside work, Donnalee embraces coastal living and cherishes time with family and friends
